This 3 month support includes: 3 monthly 30 minute meeting follow ups, bi-weekly check in's, unlimited herbal support such as teas and or tinctures, light nutritional support, and connecting to any additional outside services as requested. Access to personal phone number for 'in case of emergencies', questions, misc.
